Having acknowledged that there are many resources available today for pastors and leaders, we set out to discover the most significant hindrances that Southwest District pastors face. After months of surveys and interviews, we compiled and assessed the information and discovered that there were about a half a dozen issues that were significantly impeding the increased fruitfulness of most churches.

The good news is that 1) all of these hindrances can be overcome, and 2) we have developed a Leadership Development process specifically to address and eliminate these specific roadblocks. This process is designed so that virtually any pastor can participate, including bi-vocational pastors. Because the goal is to not only understand the hindrances, but to eliminate them, we intentionally designed the process to be two years in length to give the necessary time to implement the necessary truths and to begin experiencing the results.

This seminar is designed to dramatically increase your confidence that God wants your ministry to flourish and to present a strong scriptural foundation, on which we’ll establish an agreement of both the process and the expected outcomes. At the conclusion of each Kingdom Realities Seminar, the attending Senior Pastors will be invited to enroll themselves, and any of their attending key leaders, into the Leadership Development Process.

What Does The Leadership Development Process Look Like?

Once you’ve completed the Kingdom Realities Seminar and signed up for the Leadership Development Process, you’ll be placed in a cohort (group), with whom you’ll meet for training and interaction over a 24-month period.  Senior Pastors and their spouses will be placed in “Senior Pastors only” cohorts. The subsequent trainings will be conducted regionally (Anaheim, Phoenix and Las Vegas) through 2-day intensives that will be offered quarterly on six fundamental topics of personal and church health by trusted leaders from various ministry organizations. The Leadership Development team is convinced that this format will provide a combination of training, fellowship and accountability that will be transformational for every participant. In an effort to maximize the effectiveness of the process, we highly recommend that senior pastors invite their spouses.
